Text Highlight Color :
The Text Highlight Color command is used to make the selected text look like it was marked with a highlighter pen means to color the background for the selected text. So steps are as under:
Method: Select the desired Text form the current document >> Open Text Highlight Color button drop down color list from Mini Toolbar >> Click the desired Color.

Font Color :
MS Word 2010 default font color is Black. For this purpose So steps are as under:
Method: Select the desired Text from document >> Open Font Color button drop down color list from Mini Toolbar >> Click the desired Color from the list.
Clear Formatting:
The Clear Formatting command is used to remove all the formatting from the selected text leaving only plain text. Steps are as under: Method: Select the desired Formatted Text from the current document >> Click Home Tab from menu bar >> Click Clear Formatting button from Home ribbon Font group.
Bullets:
Method: Select the desired Text from the current document >> Open Bullets button drop down list from Mini Toolbar >> Click the desired bullet symbol from the list.
>>To remove bullets, Click None from Bullets button list.
Numbering:
Method: Select your desired Text from the current document >> Click Home Tab from menu bar >> Open Numbered button drop down list from Home ribbon Paragraph group >> Click the desired number format from the list.
